KA-MATRIX organizira izložbu Međustvarnost zagrebačkog multimedijskog umjetnika Vitra Drinkovića. Ovom izložbom Drinković istražuje kako se naše iskustvo oblikuje na granici stvarnog i virtualnog. Koristeći fotogrametriju, 3D modeliranje, računalne igre i tehnologije proširene stvarnosti, Drinković stvara radove u kojima tijelo, tehnologija i svakodnevne rutine ulaze u dijalog.
Radovi poput Sklek alarma i Mjerača vremena efikasnosti tematiziraju pritisak produktivnosti i nemogućnost odmaka od rada, dok kompjuterska igra Odmor posjetitelje uranja u distopijski 3D model kolodvora smještenog na obali mora. Kretanje kroz taj liminalni prostor podsjeća na suvremene teorije „postdigitalnog pejzaža“ – svijeta u kojem je virtualno jednako stvarno, a percepcija je algoritamski oblikovana.
U radu Motika s Hvara obiteljsko nasljeđe prenosi se u hologramski spomenik, dok Protokol u AR-u stvara raketu spremnu za lansiranje, prizivajući globalnu nesigurnost.
Međustvarnost spaja osobno i kolektivno, humor i kritiku, virtualno i materijalno, otvarajući pitanje: gdje danas prestaje iskustvo stvarnog, a počinje ono virtualno – i jesmo li uopće sposobni razdvojiti ta dva svijeta?

Kratka biografija:
Vitar Drinković (r. 1983.) magistrirao je kiparstvo na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Zagrebu 2008. godine. Za vrijeme studija boravi jedan semestar na Indiana University of Pennsylvania, SAD. 2014. završava magisterij animacije i novih medija na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Zagrebu, gdje za vrijeme studija sudjeluje u razmjeni studenata na London Metropolitan University, Engleska. Ostvario je više od dvadeset samostalnih izložbi, osam skulptura u javnom prostoru, sudjelovao na četrnaest umjetničkih radionica. Izlagao je na šezdeset skupnih izložbi u Hrvatskoj, Njemačkoj, Nizozemskoj, Bugarskoj, Austriji, Češkoj, Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama, Kanadi i Francuskoj. Dobitnik je više nagrada, priznanja i stipendija te finalist nagrade Radoslav Putar 2021. godine. Djeluje na sjecištu tehnologije, znanosti i umjetnosti kroz stvaranje interaktivnih naprava, izuma i instalacija koje često služe kao posrednici u komunikaciji između ljudi. Namjera je istražiti i stvoriti novi kontekst, “uvjete” za drugačiju osjetilnu i misaonu spoznaju svakodnevice. Član je HDLU-a i HZSU-a.
Izložba se provodi u okviru programa Nova kultura _ Hibridni grad 025. uz potporu Zaklade Kultura nova, Ministarstva kulture i medija Republike Hrvatske, Grada Karlovca, Karlovačke županije, Grada Zagreba te uz suradnju s Centrom za pružanje usluga u zajednici Vladimir Nazor.

Interreality – Vitar Drinković
The exhibition Interreality explores how our experience is shaped at the boundary between the real and the virtual. Using photogrammetry, 3D modeling, video games, and augmented reality technologies, Vitar Drinković creates works in which the body, technology, and everyday routines enter into dialogue.
Works such as Push-up Alarm and Efficiency Time Meter address the pressure of productivity and the impossibility of detaching from work, while the computer game Rest immerses visitors in a dystopian 3D model of a train station set on the seashore. Moving through this liminal space recalls contemporary theories of the “postdigital landscape” – a world in which the virtual is as real as the actual, and perception is algorithmically shaped.
In Hoe from Hvar, family heritage is transformed into a holographic monument, while Protocol in AR creates a rocket ready for launch, evoking global insecurity.
Interreality weaves together the personal and the collective, humor and critique, the virtual and the material, opening the question: where does real experience end today, and where does the virtual begin – and are we even capable of separating the two worlds?

Vitar Drinković (b. 1983) received his MFA in Sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 2008. During his studies, he spent one semester at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA. In 2014, he completed his MFA in Animation and New Media at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, where he also participated in a student exchange program at London Metropolitan University, UK.
He has held more than twenty solo exhibitions, realized eight public sculptures, and participated in fourteen art workshops. His work has been shown in sixty group exhibitions in Croatia, Germany, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Austria, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and France. He is the recipient of several awards, recognitions, and scholarships, and was a finalist for the Radoslav Putar Award in 2021.
Drinković works at the intersection of technology, science, and art by creating interactive devices, inventions, and installations that often serve as mediators in human communication. His aim is to explore and create new contexts—new “conditions”—for different sensory and cognitive perceptions of everyday life.
He is a member of HDLU (Croatian Association of Fine Artists) and HZSU (Croatian Freelance Artists’ Association).
The exhibition is part of the New Culture _ Hybrid City 025 program, supported by the Kultura Nova Foundation, the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, city of Karlovac, Karlovac County, and the City of Zagreb, in cooperation with the Center for Community Services Vladimir Nazor.
